Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Dragon Name Generator (“we”) collects when you use https://draconis-names.vercel.app, and how it is used.

The generator runs in your browser

Every dragon name is forged locally by JavaScript in your browser. The choices you make in the forge and the names it produces are not sent to our servers.

Your hoard

Names you add to “Your Hoard” are saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. We cannot see them. You can remove them at any time with “Scatter the hoard” or by clearing your browser's site data.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, so that we can reply. We use this information only to respond to you and keep it no longer than necessary. Web3Forms processes the submission under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Fonts

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When your browser downloads a font, Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The Site is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you — in practice, only messages you have sent us. Emailhello@draconis-names.vercel.app and we will help.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
